My name is Bree Macauley and I am the baker behind Sweet Moments.
As a local Whitsunday girl, I started decorating cakes and baking desserts after graduating high school in 2017. I found myself baking cakes for my fellow friends and family as a fun hobby. Soon this hobby became a passion and my desire to learn and create begun.
Therefore, I decided to study a Cert III in Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Brisbane. Returning to Bowen, I created Sweet Moments in 2021 and have been making custom cakes and desserts from scratch, catering events all throughout the Whitsundays.
